Fahad and Ali were amazing, from the moment of the first interaction until the work was done. They kept me informed at every stage, clearly explained all items on the invoice and performed a painless and clean installation. Ali spent the whole day for a 4 cameras and smart doorbell installation. Their choice of hardware seems to be the best on the market, really happy with the way everything works. Fully recommended for any domestic cctv installation.

The team at 1-Secure were absolutely tremendous right from the outset. I thought I knew what I wanted from my new CCTV system in our brand new home. The team helped design the system, to get the right components in the right location, making multiple visits during the build phase. 1-Secure even loaned us a temporary system while the build was going on. Once it was all commissioned, they helped setup our devices. Later, I changed one of my devices and once again, the engineer I spoke to was more than willing to help. The team certainly went way over and above what I expected! Highly recommended and they are certainly my go-to for any CCTV related queries.

INTRUDER ALARM UPGRADE Huge thank you to Fahad Abrar and Ali Kazim for supplying, installing and commissioning my new “Pyronix Castle Castle Caretech Euro46” hard wire intruder alarm system. Fahad with his vast knowledge on intruder alarms that are available in the marketplace was particularly helpful in me selecting a suitable system. The cost of complete installation was transparent and competitive. Ali Kazim (Lead Engineer for 1-Secure) who undertook the fitment was clean and tidy in his work with no fuss or bother. I’m delighted to say that I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and therefore I have no reservations in recommending “1-Secure” for your security system needs.J

We moved into our house and the cameras were already installed, but no hardrive or dvr, plus no monitor, the wires were coming down from the attic into the bedroom though a big hole in the ceiling. Called 1 secure and spoke to farhad and explained I wanted a monitor in the main room downstairs and wires to be none visible. Mr farhad was friendly with lots of knowledge, explainied everytging to me. He later sent me an invoice showing a breakdown of costs, I asked if somethings we could do without or use something different which he agreed to and he then adjusted the invoice. He was meant to come on Wednesday late morning, but thus didn't happen which they later called and said there was an emergency, however someone showed up at 5 and was happy to carry out the work. He was ver professional, explained how to use the app, adjusted a few things I wanted change afterwards, he was more than happy to make the changes even tho it was late. I would highly recommend them, but I would also recommend them to do the installation of cameras. Very knowledgeable in what they do, I did forget to ask do they do a doorbell as part of the service?
