Joseph took the time to listen to what we wanted in the way of a security system. Absolutely no hard sell and he pointed out ways of saving money without compromising security. The whole system was fitted in a day including adjusting existing PIR sensors, which was not part of the specification. Joseph and Connor both worked hard yet took pains to avoid mess and not to spoil the look of house. On the day, they discussed options with us in terms of how and where items were fitted and where we could reduce cost. Clearly both have great expertise in a wide range of security products and installations.
