magick wish1 StarFemale driver cut me up very badly last week on the wincheap roundabout - pulled directly into my path from the Rheims way to turn right to wincheap. One emergency stop later not even an apology from the driver who had failed to note my rather large grey 4x4 approaching from wincheap straight over to castle Street. Totally oblivious to horn and emergency stop. Would have hit the drivers side directly, it wouldn't have been pretty. Her vehicle was so close to my face I got a clear view of the company name. If they can't even drive safely I wouldn't trust them to clean. Next time you approach this roundabout please look to your right and if there's a vehicle on the roundabout, heading straight towards you, you should give way.Sunday 7th November 2021

We had 4 houses cleaned by Service Kent customers, including my own, and gave 121 Cleaning a score based on the average from all jobs they completed.
The feedback was consistently the same. The clean was of a standard that would justify a basic fee, not what is advertised.
When they cleaned my house, I have to say I was disappointed. But I also have high expectations. Therefore I hope this feedback helps the company to either improve their service or revisit their fees as it is not value for money.Saturday 13th October 2018
