They were brilliant and came to my rescue as water poured through my ceiling late on a bank holiday evening! They responded quickly; were efficient and thorough (coming out to us as soon as possible, whilst in the meantime providing instructions to stop the waterfall!); knowledgeable, Mick explained everything to us and ensured we had the right parts; and caring - they made sure we were all good for the evening and had already arranged for the next day to complete the job.
