He explained everything and took careful measurements to ensure the replacement window matched exactly. He called to let me know the new window was ready and arranged the fitting. Everything went well, he was friendly and professional; and the finished installation was perfect. Really pleased, would definitely recommend, thank you!Wednesday 8th June 2022

J H1 StarFriendly but unreliable.
I was initially given some advice for free by Richard which was good natured and he seems competent and able to do the work.
Unfortunately however I chased Richard for 8 weeks to get work done on my windows. When he did reply to me I was given different excuses and the work was never booked.

Richard came straight away and was such a polite gentleman , honest,and was very helpful . He really went out of his way and we are very grateful. We found him to be honest and very reasonable.
