Mark Norman5 StarExceptional 1st experience with this business, messaged Alan yesterday via WhatsApp didn't get through initially and he called back nice and quickly, extremely professional and clear with the guidelines of their service along with pricing and timescales, the job was completed the same afternoon and the invoice in the following morning. Alan gave me a courtesy call while at the job and even some friendly advice about a possible future problem, which clearly demonstrates how he does business. Will definitely be using again.

Abdulkadir Abduljabar5 StarAllan Porter first answered quickly our emergency call, then offered to come in do the job/service the next day (short lead time).
He brought along his professional equipment/kit to investigate and unblock the drains, including his vast experience, knowledge and skills on what the issue could be, and the common design and problems with similar drains of a typical 1900 house (professional).
On top of that, he is a good communicator, educator, advisor and hardworking person. He knows his stuff well and price we paid was really worth it (a good human).
We wish him all success in his business and future activities, and we will definitely use him again if we are in a similar situation.Monday 7th March 2022
