Absolute joke of a place. Give you a rough price for TWO alterations… then on arrival to collect is when they say ‘oh we couldn’t do that but we’re going to charge you pretty much the same price for the originally discussed alterations anyway’. Half the job and extremely overpriced. Taken total advantage of a situation. Avoid at all costs. Better places available elsewhere

Would not recommend. Avoid if possible. Got recommended to use this business through another shop, so I called them to explain what I was after. The lady that answered the phone was not interested at all. She was rude and basically told me to call at another time. I sent them a very detailed email explaining what I was after, to which there was no reply. I tried calling again but the same lady answered and when I explained that I sent an email with the details, she simply hang up on me. As stated by other reviewers, this business couldn’t be bothered to reply to a very polite enquiry even when it was chased. Manners cost nothing but mean everything to customers who have them.

Would not recommend. She took up my bridesmaids dress but did not give me back the offcuts even though it's my dress and I paid for a the fabric. She was really rude when I came to pick it up asking me leading questions about my dress, as if it wasn't mine. Really rude women. There's other places you could go, don't go here.
