Our boiler stopped working & due to not being able to get hold of our landlord & it being winter, we needed to find someone to come & resolve the issue ourselves. Hayder was able to come during his evening & assist us & get our boiler working again really quickly & didn’t charge an extortionate amount for coming out on an emergency. We really appreciate him being able to help us so quickly. He was super friendly & considerate around having a sleeping toddler in the room next to the boiler too. Thanks again! Would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with every aspect of the service that was provided from our initial telephone enquiry right through to the completion of the job.Hayder was absolutely 1st class, arrived promptly on time, very professional talked me through what was wrong, how he was going to repair it and most off all very friendly. Hayder was fantastic, very knowledgeable and fixed the problem with no issue, whilst also providing some advice in regards to our water pressure. Customer aftercare is outstanding and his patience and understanding is above and beyond any ones expectations. Hayder (I hope I’m spelling that right) was brilliant! He came out to fix a leak in a boiler, causing a fair amount of damage and dampness, at 22:15 on a bank holiday Sunday! He was thorough and explained everything he was doing, whilst we had a lovely conversation about life! Thank you very much! :)

5 Stars Gas = 5 Stars Service. I was so fortunate to have met Hayder. He is a true, hardworking, honest and respectul gentleman. Hayder displayed an overwhelmingly passion for his work, taking his time to explain everything he was doing and why. I was amazed at how he used his determination to overcome a hurdle and fix my faulty flue pipe. In this field where there are plenty of cowboys, one can only feel immense joy and relief to find someone like Hayder. I couldn't recommend 5 Star Gas enough. Kwame
