I am sure your staffs performance is amazing but their hit and miss wearing of a mask in our local shops is getting REALLY tiresome . Any chance you could have a word as it reflects really badly to see the same bloke that is wearing your uniform in and out of our shop and wearing a mask when it suits him. I'd like to thank you for your response. It looks really bad as a company when your company name is emblazoned on the back of his gilet. When one is in uniform they directly are a representative of your company and company values. I have adjusted your stay rating so it won't impact you, as it is unfair to affect your rating, but please consider what I have said about him and his actions are a direct reflection of your company.
