Aleksandra Sypula1 StarI could write you a story about our experience with ADT but I will keep it short. ADT failed to fit a contact on our home so left our home unprotected. My partner realised the contact was never fitted We were told that is down to us to check all the kit is all there and to check it is all working? They have lied to us and sent numerous demands for money even though to this day they still haven’t finished the instillation and protected our home. They’ve tried to charge us for pieces they’ve never fitted. Were trying to cancel the agreement but all we keep hearing is “you signed the agreement you have to pay”. They keep sending letter after letter. Customer service awful. We are starting to feel bullied and harassed by their whole attitude to our problem. Im tired of arguing with this company, they really don’t care about you as a customer. To all the dissatisfied customers in the past and to all the dissatisfied customers in the future - KEEP FIGHTING and don’t let them grind you down. THIS COMPANY NEEDS REPORTING!Monday 4th November 2019
