We are a local, family run and well-established fire safety company, founded in 1965 who have continued to provide full 24-hour, 365 days a year support to businesses throughout the Midlands, South West, South East, South Wales and London. With approximately 75 directly employed fire and security specialists, we have your needs covered. Whilst sizeable enough to successfully manage large contracts we are small enough to provide you with the personal touch that is sometimes lacking in the larger national companies. All three engineers (Dave Gleeson, Jack Sheppard and S Grady) that we have dealt with recently have been incredibly knowledgeable and provided our company with the assurance of a safe work place for all employees. We’ve recently had A&E in to install a security system to our doors, the process was very straight forward and we didn’t need to do anything during the installation process. The engineers were more than helpful with showing us around the system and showing me how to set up the key fobs to allow people into the building, they’ve also been very helpful since with technical help if we’ve needed it. The security system has worked perfectly since the day it was installed, so easy to use and the Intercom system has been so handy to monitor who’s coming into the building. Jordan has always been a great help with anything I’ve needed help with. Thanks again. A&E has been appointed by us for the past 5 years on an annual renewal basis. A&E provides an exemplary service working closely with us to address and meet our ever changing fire and emergency compliance and facility needs and providing invaluable advice. They are our preferred provider of fire and emergency training throughout the authority. Really enjoyed the training and it was nice to see new information and presentation approach. I have seen so much of the same for years it was a pleasant change, so 100% credit for a good training session. The training covered everything that should be expected and offered suggestions that we can consider to implement.
