Wonderful shop - such a range I can always find a matching shoe polish or laces - and great choice of insoles for summer & winter. Good repair service too

Excellent. Have used them twice recently, once to get a key cut, once to have links removed from a watch strap. Very reasonable prices. So much better than going to Timpsons. No parking outside shop, but free parking close by. Highly recommended.

Took in a pair of boots and 2 from 2 different pairs, had to wait a week, on collection day i was waiting around for them to actually do them. Then had to wait another week for 1 boot as they said something else needed to be done instead, collection day i was waiting around again and I am not impressed with the work if I'm honest. Won't be going there again.

Great professional service for all the usual stuff like keys, watch batteries and Zippo s etc. Westbury on trym has some great quality traditional shops like A and J repair and Mogford and sons over the road. I was particularly happy with the quality of reheeling on my French Connection boots.

Good repair, very friendly & great prices but completely let down by the overpowering smell of cigarettes when I collected my shoes. I couldn’t believe it, I felt like I was back in the 1970s! Most annoyingly once I got home I realised my newly repaired shoes smelt badly of cigarettes too & I had to use several doses of febreze to get rid of it.
