Having recently had a "blip" on our security system we called the installer, Alan Morris of AM Alarms, who volunteered to come out immediately (on a Bank Holiday Saturday!). However, as the situation was not urgent we agreed that he would come on the first normal working day. We have always found Alan to be "old school", i.e. honest, obliging, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He does what is required, without trying to make us spend more, unnecessary money, and we would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for a home security system.
