Poor company booked and paid for a skip online for the same day as the website says rang to see.what time it would be as had no confirmation to be told up to 48hrs then told it could be done tomoroow ok fair enough! To then have a phone call being told that I need to pay 80 more because it was a old price but will do it 20 cheeper as a good will gesture asked for a refund took bank details said it would be done straight away rang to see where.it was to somebody that don't listen and be told it's going to be 3-5 days quick enough to take the payment! Not happy rubbish customer service!

Rang up over 3 days to ask them to collect a skip from my drive as it’s ready to collect. After being told numerous times it will be collected before 4pm - guess what.. it’s still sitting on the drive. I initially rang them up on Tuesday morning 8:30am asking for the skip to be collected as I needed to take my car out of my garage for a MOT test on Thursday afternoon (skip in front of garage). It’s now Thursday and still not collected, had to reschedule my MOT test and lost half days annual leave from work. Rang a total of 5 times asking for it to be collected.

I was worried about getting a skip with bad experiences in the past. But gave this company a try. The skip was both delivered and collected so quickly (I called in the afternoon and they arrived the next morning)
