I had my front garden and back garden renovated in July 2020. I was initially really pleased with the work although took longer than anticipated due to delays in acquiring the Indian sandstone. Craig was friendly and discussed a range of options for our drive and back garden. I noticed a few wobbly slabs in November of 2020 and Craig came out to fix them. However, I’ve tried to contact Craig a number of times since December 2020, throughout 2021 and now into 2022 as a we have quite a number of slabs that are now extremely wobbly and we have had to take some up as they are cracked. It now seems we will probably need to relay the whole drive. Unfortunately, Craig hasn’t responded to any messages on whatsapp or text message - it seems as though I have been blocked. I have also been blocked from social media too. Messages that were sent have always been positive and there wasn’t any friction at all when the work was completed - we even gave Craig and the team a tip! It is such a shame as I was initially pleased with the works carried out and also the follow up in the November. I am unsure why correspondence has broken down. I have even offered to pay for the relay.

Really happy with quality of my completed garden fencing. Everything completed as requested, reasonable pricing and very hardworking. Even when Craig's truck broke down he turned up when he said he would with a hired van and the work was all finished on time. Craig also attended to the next door neighbours gravel where it had been disturbed from the digging. Polite throughout from quoting to doing the job. Would defo recommend.

Do not use this service!!! Terrible service, never on time, sacks staff and doesn’t pay them there money they are due if they want to leave due to being treated poorly by craig himself. Not to mention he will block you on all social media as well as your number if you question his work being done wrong.
