Laurence Hadley1 StarI can only assume that Mark, after 3 no shows and no communication whatsoever... is desperate for a poor review !! I'm sure he is very busy but to say on 3 occasions that he would be turning up and then not to appear does seem very unprofessional to us. No texts, no phone calls... no nothing !!!
I would have had no problem if he had called to say he was too busy... or maybe didn't want to come out... as we could have then looked for another plumber. Unfortunately though, 9 days has now elapsed - so back to square one I guess !!Wednesday 8th December 2021
