Emma P5 StarI’ve just had to make a call out to this company for a burglar alarm in the house we’ve recently moved into. It was past 10pm and the alarm started sounding extremely loudly and waking half the street and my young baby. I was home alone with the baby at the time. This by the way was no fault of the alarm system but due to some unrelated electrical works in property. I rung the number in a stress and the kind gentleman made a call out to me - he was with me within 15 minutes and has solved the problem and left in no time. I don’t think he realised how much I appreciated his service. Also being home alone I felt very vulnerable in that situation but he was very kind. Thank you so much for saving the day - wonderful.
