Brought blinds less then a month ago, 2 have already broken. First order incorrect as blind size was not correct. But to be honest there the guy who put them up was very helpful and got it resolved as I wasn’t getting any response from the Forest Hall Office. Then we got a person to come and repair them who come into our property via our shop by a staff member and while in our property didn’t not even look for family members or carry out the job just walked back into the shop and said the job was done?!!been calling customer care 3 days now no response, stop getting your call staff to deal with manager issue they don’t get paid as much as you. When I called today they said their repair guy couldn’t find what was wrong, Ehh? He didn’t even go into any of our rooms as we were in 3 of them and no one approached us. Poor quality even worse customer service . The shop at forest Hall was very uncomfortable as the lady real couldn’t be bothered the us when ordering I did have alarm bells ringing then but I thought we should support small businesses
