After a previous engineer broke my boiler during a thermostat install, Alex came out and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and the next week on his time off before Christmas, came out to repair the boiler and perform the job the original engineer was meant to do. He was able to complete the job quickly, efficiently and to an incredibly high standard. He took the time to explain everything that needed doing and why in layman’s terms and never made me feel like he was trying to make a profit. All around great experience and I’ll be using him for all boiler related issues going forward!
