I originally had high hopes with this company.Two entrance doors and a window purchased.Initial planning securing and booking of the job went quite well.The fitters were very nice and helpful.The main composite door had a visible scratch/mark on it which according to the proprietor needed two touch ups of paint.With a lot of requesting and reminding from me the first one was done.I have now been waiting since February for the second touch up of paint to be applied. since then(over six months ago now)i have been assured by the business owner of numerous days and dates for this to take place,with the only excuse when I phone to ask why another”no show”that he has been busy. I have been extremely patient and understanding and it is such a shame that my fairness appears to have been taken complete advantage of.I have tried to avoid writing this review,but the end result of this large financial transaction for me is not a completed or satisfied one.Therefore I would not recommend this company.

A1 home improvements completed a full replacement of my old doors and windows Feb 2022. As well as the price, what sold it for me was the professional and considerate nature of Harj from the first call to job completion visit. I hate hard sell cold/call sales you get from other companies, just wanted the best price and a good service and thats exactly what I received from all the team. They were very respectful, kept to agreed times, considerate workmen, great finish (especially love my composite door) I’m extremely pleased with the finished work and would absolutely recommend using them. Thanks A1 - fantastic service!

A month ago I requested a quote for a back door, Harj has been really professional and knowledgeable about the products. Last week the back door has been fitted in less than 3 hours by one of his colleague, he was really clean and mindful of not making too much noise. I highly recommend this company! Thank you Daniele
