Lee was contracted by a building company who did an extension for us to move an existing boiler into our new extension, to install the new cloakroom suite and fit a new radiator. Lee was always communicative, polite, turned up on time and let us know what was happening . He was happy to problem solve and worked well with the build team. We're very happy with the work he did.

I’ve used Lee a few times now, for boiler servicing and repair and more recently for a tricky integrated dishwasher installation. He is always very polite, clears up after himself, and does an excellent job. Highly recommend his services.

Brilliant service.Lee's saved the day twice now. Wouldn't use anyone else. Firstly, he found gas leak another plumbing company said couldn't be found. Lee found two separate leaks! Fixed both. Saved me a fortune too as other company's quote was very expensive and their proposed fix thankfully wasn't needed. Secondly, Lee fixed my elderly parents heating on same day I called him. I was away on holiday at the time and they called to say their heating had stopped working. It's always a worry when unknown tradespeople visit your elderly parents and you can't be there. Lee turned out to be a super guy, totally professional and trustworthy. My parents loved him and he's since been back to do other plumbing work for them.Thank you, Lee. You are a star.

Inexperienced tradesman. Lee did a first fit on an extension however, he hasn’t completed second fit due to constantly not showing up then getting verbally abusive and threatening when challenged on why he hadn’t shown on up on the days promised. Since then I have had an experienced plumber do second fit who has had to rectify lots of mistakes; heating pipes in the wrong place and radiator tails not left long enough. Bathroom plumbing mistakes are; location of shower controls inaccessible, soil pipe in wrong place and inserts missing from push fit connections. He has also damaged floor tiles in a downstairs cloakroom when he dragged it out for access. Lee is inexperienced when it comes to plumbing, having only recently changing careers. He learns on the job at the customers expense. He doesn’t have an engineering background which explains why some of his decisions do not follow what an experienced plumber would make. His attitude when challenged on attendance was a shock, week on week waiting for his promised arrival then having to deal with abuse isn’t professional or acceptable.

An efficient and affordable service. I would highly recommend Lee as a trusted and professional plumber. We needed a radiator problem resolving and installing a sink at short notice. Lee was able to do both very quickly, with minimal disruption and at a reasonable price.
