A11 Repairs

A11 repairs is a company serving the needs of individuals and companies alike, I aim to

provide a reliable friendly and honest service and offer free advice and will attempt to

guide and help people fix there car themselves as often problems can sometimes be

fixed by your self at home, which i have often managed to help people to do.

I am based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, as much as much as I like the rest of the UK I don't

really travel more than 15 miles , unless it is a big job worth the travel time.....You

wont be happy if i travel for an hour just to change a fuse. I don’t have a call out fee as

such and basically charge from where i am to your location at a rate of £60ph so its

entirely up to you.

I recently purchased a small garage very near to High brooms train station which i can

do a variety of jobs such as minor body repairs, resprays, welding, engine swaps etc.

etc. also allows me to stay warm in the winter. you are welcome to bring your car to

me if i am in the garage saving you the travel costs, which many of my customers do,

there are two cafe’s nearby and also the fact i am near to a mainline train station is

handy for many London commuters who can leave there car at the garage and pick it

up when they return.

Whatever your company or personal needs are for mechanical services, I have

experience working on cars,vans,HGV, plant equipment, garden tractors and have

spent a lot of time on auto electrics.

i have the equipment to connect to a majority of diagnostic connectors, but check

first! I operate a "Cant connect don't charge policy" if you bring vehicle to me. see

I will come to your place of work and perform minor and major repairs check out

services for more details, some jobs with the best will in the world are just not

possible physically and financially on site, contact me for more details if you are

unsure what is possible.

Advantages of being mobile for customers are not always obvious but some of the

major reasons are:

As a basic rule I can half the cost of a garage cost as I don't have the expenses of a 

large garage with staff and overhead costs,Vehicle usually stays on site so you can see

what is being done and how long it has taken to complete.

All repairs has full public liability insurance, and you are covered for damages, and

loss. All repairs has car insurance for vehicles up to £25,000 fully comprehensive cover.

so your vehicle is insured and protected.

Whatever you have been quoted please feel free to get a quote for any work, I aim to

leave all vehicles in a drive-able condition so no waiting for parts, which will be

sourced quickly and economically and fitted at the earliest opportunity.

I will always try to source parts from the best suppliers and will get and use second-

hand components if required which most times will prove economical although bear in

mind that this type of repairs will limit any guarantee as to the parts and also fitting

and refitting costs will be yours on 2nd hand parts, customers are welcome to source

there own parts but i don’t charge anything on parts costs except for maybe rounding

up £32.50 will end up as £35. a word of warning many motor factors are reluctant take

certain parts back if they are supplied correctly and is easier for me to do this as i am a

credit customer, eg are some cars it is difficult to be 100% sure of the parts required

and they will often give me two or more options, i then return the incorrect items.

Excellent service, can’t rate highly enough. Popped in today with a light on my dashboard, he plugged into my car and sorted the pro in 5 minutes. Friendly man would highly recommend and being a woman on my own with a small child I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for any future problems.

Adam came round mid-afternoon on a Friday to investigate an electrical problem with my Lexus diesel. The work was complicated and intricate, however he managed to find and resolve the problem. Adam was also very personable and he explained exactly what he was doing and why. The pricing was very fair, especially as I saw first hand the lengths he went to in order to fix the issue. Highly recommended.

First time using A11 - couldn't be happier and can't recommend enough. Adam kept me informed of what needed doing and costs along the way. One thing that can make any repair really expensive are the labour charges, but Adam's rates are a lot, lot more reasonable and he's also a lot more friendly too!! Will definitely use A11 again for anything else that needs fixing.
