Koi keeper1 StarContracted this company to enlarge an existing pond and relay coping stones. What a disaster! First attempt resulted in cement and sand washing out in to the pond staining the new liner, holes in the pointing and coping stones coming loose within one week. Second attempt crumbling mortar. Third attempt better but water blade still not working correctly. Very poor communication and poor customer service as failed to turn up on several occasions without notice. Employees lack some very basic skills required to carry out this type of work. Would never use this company again and certainly would not recommend them.Wednesday 17th June 2020
