Being of a certain age we have been isolating since March, not even allowed family visits recently permitted. So, after a lot of hesitation and deliberation we finally booked and had our annual service carried out. We need not have worried. All went smoothly, starting from a reassuring pre arrival phone call setting the scene to the usual efficient check of the system with a Covid-19 aware safe approach. Excellent.
