Based in Kingswinford town centre, we're an independent family run business, installing and repairing security alarm systems since 1979. We look after thousands of customers throughout the West Midlands.
Our ethos is to provide quality installations at a sensible price, we do not aim to be the cheapest (buy cheap - buy twice). However, we'll try to specify a realistic solution to match your budget. We'll tell you the truth - even if the truth doesn't make us the biggest profit

Extremely professional, fair price with great value, the boss is very informative and explain openly with me what and why things are there and I completely agree with his approach. His team are genuine, extremely polite and offer me support as soon as I have raise any inquiry. The work done with spot on quality and sparkling clean area because they do clean afterward. They kept us informed every step of the way, on pricing, the time the engineer would arrive, and we even had a call from the engineer of his arrival time. Nicola’s communication upon taking my booking was brilliant and the text updates were superb too. I even had to change the date which was no issue at all. Super Mom5 StarSean was very polite explained the different alarm systems and gave his opinion which was very useful. He fitted the alarm. Kept areas clean. Explained how to use and set alarm. Really appreciated how respectful and kind he was. Also, Nicola kept us informed from the moment we contacted Abbotts about the appointments. Have recommended him/Abbott.

john leavy5 StarOur alarm system was fitted by Abbott's Security in 1996 and has worked perfectly ever since. Obviously, certain parts have worn over the years but we have only required a new keypad and two standby batteries during that time, which is to be expected. The original exterior alarm box was replaced a week ago by their engineer, Paul who phoned on the appointed day to advise he was on his way, arrived on time, put on clean over-shoes and carried out the checks and replacement in a friendly and efficient manner. Abbott's, including Geoff the owner and Nicola his daughter, is a good company to deal with and one I have no hesitation in recommending for security and CCTV systems.Wednesday 10th November 2021
