Ronald Mcdonald1 StarUnfortunately, zero stars is not an option. When I moved to a new home I contacted this company to get a quote. They tried to blackmail me into signing a contract. No excuse for this kind of behaviour. Terrible owner. Please don't use !!

With a recent extension to the property we needed to reconfigure the security arrangements several times during the construction phase. Tim Newman1 StarUnfortunately have to share a very bad experience. Absolute Security installed an alarm at a house I have just purchased, and while doing some work I disturbed an alarm cable. This triggered the alarm, and putting in the code wasn't enough to prevent it subsequently going off again... it needed the engineers' code to reset it which they had. I rang the helpline and was told that because I didn't have an active contract with them, there was nothing they could do, despite it being 10:30pm at night and I was about to leave the house as it was empty. I even offered to pay, but they refused to offer anything. After a lot of persistence, I was passed to an engineer who told me I could leave the alarm and it wouldn't go off again. It subsequently went off at 3am and 5am, waking my neighbour who had to come round and turn if off each time. Bear this in mind before taking out any contract with them.Thursday 4th October 2018
