Have worked with Paul and Accolade since its start up. They have been very professional, punctual and courteous in all their dealings with us. Throughout the Covid pandemic they've taken every precaution to ensure all their team and us are as safe as possible. Their safety protocols are of the highest standards and communication very good. If it wasn't possible for them to get to our ship in person they've assisted over the phone and by email. They are very flexible in their workings and try to be as helpful as they possibly can with regards to minimising disruption to day to day working and schedules. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
