Michael Hardcastle5 Starused Ace Plumbers Worcester last week as we unfortunately had a burst pipe, the guys turned up promptly and finished the work (it was quite a time consuming job) in super quick time. Certainly would use these guys again as they showed real knowledge and also advised me with other plumbing / boiler issues we had been getting.Thursday 4th April 2019

Rachel Franklin1 StarBooked in four different times, didn’t call or show up on time for any. When I eventually got hold mid way through what was supposed to be our appointment they’d either booked someone else in that slot or overran a job which was now going to be two hours later than I was booked in for, with no notice of this earlier. Wasted two work days I had to move round and both a Saturday and Sunday for the job to not even be done. Absolute waste of time.Tuesday 20th October 2020
