One stop shop for all bags and shoes. Have been using for years, very professional and knowledgeable, can take on more difficult jobs, reasonable prices, very friendly, trustworthy. Only drawback is they’re not the most organised and sometimes need to chase/come back multiple times until the whole job has been completed. Recommended overall but make clear if you’re in a rush.

Amazing friendly service! I am so happy with my bag repair - they kindly fixed it for me and had it ready the next day so I could wear the bag for an event I had. Would recommend!

I went to this shop with some motorbike seat cover to get it fixed on the saddle, easy job for this kind of business, they told me it will be done for next day late afternoon, and that they ll call me when ready.Paid in full first thing.Next day arrived, hours passed, no call, end of working hours was approaching, I called them....yes it will be done don t worry.We ll call you, 30min left before closing I called them again, don t worry I ll do it even if I ll stay after closing time. Ok, I said, I ll come to collect on Monday, it was Saturday, Monday went there...ohhh sorry, boss couldn t do it....are you serious? 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ never again. Lots of chit chat in this shop to get the customer s money...

Absolutely awful. I left my bag with 4 clearly marked seams to sew up, with him 5 weeks ago and he said it will take a week to sew up and cost me £40 just to sew up a canvas small backpack. He seemed really nice so I thought its a little pricy but I wanted a nice finish so I gave him £20 depost and left it with him. I called 2 weeks later he said its still not done. I gave it another 2 weeks and called he said he will get it done next week for sure. I went back he showed me as you can see only 1 out of the 4 seams was done. The strap is back to front, he opened up another seam, which was the wrong side for the strap. I gave him £20 depost and he promised to do that whole job for 40. He only did one of the 4 seams, opened another wrong seam, was 4 weeks late, still kept my depost, and would not give me my bag back, kept going on an on about how hard this job is, wanted more money to finish. I had to bag and plea to get my own bag back because he just does not want to let me have it back. I trusted him and believed him its a hard job and was just going to sew it back up myself by hand. Next day I went pass another bag repare shop another street and asked them to have a look, they only charged me £10 and they sew up my whole bag beautifully in 10min. Nothing hard at all. This Achilles guy was just using me and because he thought I will pay more to let him finish. AVOID this place. Complete scam! Always go somewhere else and get another opinion because this guy will act really sweet and keep talking to you just to get more money out of you!

Popped in after the heel had fallen of my shoe at work. Fixed in about 5 mins for £5, whilst I waited and even polished and reinforced my second shoe. Great service
