helen mayer5 StarI moved into our new house on Friday, the alarm (to which were not left a code for!) triggered in the early hours of Sunday morning. We could not get in touch with the installer who's name was on the alarm so we googled local company's and ADB came up. The lady answered and assured me an engineer would come out. He arrived shortly after, silenced and rest the alarm to a code we now know. Very quick efficient service. Thanks again. Helen.Monday 16th August 2021
David Mayer5 StarI don't normally leave reviews, however an engineer came to my home this morning to update a rather antiquated system. He was very neat, very tidy and very polite. Cleaned/hoovered up after the installation and spent time explaining the new system to me as i am not overly adapt with new technology. He made it very clear and i am very pleased with the service. Promises to rectify problems but system continuously going offline at vital times when this service is paramount. Problem after problem, un-returned calls, chasing them to repair etc. Very unprofessional and do not deliver what is promisedTuesday 16th February 2021
