The plumber was very helpful, explained what he was doing and why, did the job very professionally and cleared up afterwards so well we could not tell he had been - even though he had to cut away tiles and a platform in order to trace and repair the leak

Having been in a cold house for several days after my boiler broke and two other installers backed out, I got a rapid assessment, and the boiler was fixed within a couple of days by a very good engineer, who also did a gas firer service and gas safety check so that all gas works are safe, sorted and working. The professionalism, competence and service were great, and it was all left tidy with the minimum of disruption. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Punctual and polite, called out to regas expansion vessel. As there was still an overpressure following the regas, the engineer opened the PRV, which then wouldn't close, thus rendering the heating system inoperable. 3 stars as the system was worse off following their visit.

Disappointed with the service provided. The call out price quoted on the phone doubled after the engineer had been. Communication was poor, rather than arranging a time and date with us, I recieved a text message saying when they would be coming. This was no good to us as myself and partner were both at work. It took 6 days for a basic part to arrive that we needed for our boiler. Won't be using again!

I wouldn’t recommend. We called Adept Plumbing for some technical issues we had with our boiler, the guy came to see it and came back after a couple of days to change some damage parts (without specifying any price beforehand) and we were presented the bill (higher than expected) by email the same evening. Fine, we paid and at least it looked like the problem was solved. Then not even two weeks after the boiler completely shut down without any apparent reason. This time before calling anyone and after 2 days without hot water or heating, we decided to check ourselves and opening the boiler we found a couple of loose wires doing false contact and another one connected in the wrong way. I don’t even want to consider he did it on purpose to be called back, but for sure he created more problems than he solved.
