Was having false alarms due to a poor battery in a pir and Andy came and serviced our alarm and replaced the main battery and a battery in a pir. Very nice guy and a very reasonable price charged. Sent Andy multiple texts and emails over a period of 6 months following his annual service and commitment to get me quotes for some new equipment, but he completely ignored me.
