Tracey Stephenson1 StarI called this company on Saturday evening to be told someone could come out to me on Sunday morning at 9am. I forwarded my address to the young man named Tom who never acknowledged my text. I sat with guests who are staying at my home with no heating until 9.30 am. I tried to call and text the same number several times with no response. After 2 hours I managed to luckily get an electrician to come out to us. Please think twice if you decide to use this company as the level of responsiveness is appalling not to mention rude keeping someone waiting without an explanation as to why they were a no show. The only reason I have given 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me leave a review otherwise.Sunday 29th December 2019
