Steve Clements1 StarTried to arrange for ADT to come and quote, let me down twice. Waited in for them, didn't turn up all day. Very rude on the phone when trying to understand what the issue is. Decided to go elsewhere but very shocked how they treat potential customers. Good luck to any existing!

Received a phone call dinnertime they could not come till friday10 biggest load of bollox I have ever heard the excuses that they gave was unbelievable. It's goodbye ADT. In April this year they started charging me 17p to call the test call out which happens every day. £5 on top of my broadband for 'call charges' from April 2020-Feb 2021 which I didn't even realise was happening. Zero stars was not an option - apparently there is also a free line which doesn't charge you but I got moved onto the chargeable rate one for no reason.Monday 22nd February 2021
Kyza leigh Tonge1 StarThis place is the worse company ever I’m paying £70 a month for them to keep my house protected I’ve called them 6 times because my alarm is down and every time some one was meant to ring and still waiting.
I haven’t even had the alarm fitted 2 weeks and I’m having this problem I even got told 4 different dates for the alarm to be fitted I WOULD NOT recommend this company what’s so ever they over charge you for the alarm.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
