Betsy Everett5 StarAGM did a small job for us some months ago. Very efficiently. But I didn’t use them when I needed a new boiler, instead choosing the mighty (and, so I thought, efficient) British Gas. What a mistake. When that went horribly wrong I asked AGM to do a technical assessment, which they did. The owner, Gus, then called me in the evening, talked it through with me for about 40 minutes, and gave me advice. It was such excellent service. Annette Young5 StarCalled AGM’s office on the Tuesday, engineer (Aiden) attended and assessed the issue/identifying the fault with the boiler system and returned on the Friday to fit a new part which has resolved the problem. Very happy with the service, professionalism and knowledge of the engineer. Will use again and recommend this company.Saturday 19th February 2022

Jack Cleaver5 StarThese guys turned around my order (boiler replacement) in less than a week. The tradesmen were pleasant (lucky for me, because they were in my home for 11 hours). Clean-up was thorough. It cost me 20% less than I expected.
