Great Service, we had an excellent experience. The Guy is very polite and explained everything in detail. He also went beyond normal procedure and tried his best to offer great Service. Also arranged the delivery and ensure we were pleased with the deal. The car exceeded our expectations, price was great too. Very happy to recommend this company in our circuit. Will Definitely use again! Many thanks!

DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS TRADER. We bought a second-hand car which was sold with a month’s warranty, only for the head gasket to fail within the warranty period. The coolant reservoir had leaked and emptied itself of coolant leading to a smouldering hot engine and a breakdown in a cloud of smoke on the motorway. The trader refused to believe RAC’s diagnosis even saying they were not mechanics and that we’d been given misinformation to believe they are mechanics. He refused to give a refund in accordance with the warranty and said that we had to pay for a tow truck to take the car to “his” mechanic. Upon arriving there, his mechanic topped up the coolant reservoir and said the engine was OK! It was clear there was a conflict of interests between the trader and the mechanic, which the trader even admitted to me. The mechanic and trader were adamant there was no problem and the mechanics even claimed that white smoke coming out of the exhaust (typical of a head gasket failure) was steam. He claimed numerous times that it was steam, not smoke, and that this was normal. He eventually agreed to a refund but not to the full amount. How many other people has he sold an unsafe car to?
