Absolutely fantastic service I had a very early morning flight to Malta and this company got me there in perfect time. When it was due for me to fly back I booked again online and again this company showed why the ratings are so high. I won't use any other service for my airport transfers now thanks again brum Taxi see you again soon 🚖🚕👍✈️

Arranged a pick up at Birmingham airport to go to Nottingham. The driver wasn't waiting in the terminal and when I messaged to say i was ready he didn't reply. I called him and arranged to meet a few minutes later. We had pre-arranged the booking and asked for a quote, when he arrived the driver said he only accepted cash so I had to withdraw money. When we arrived in Nottingham the bill was £8 more than was quoted as a maximum and because I only took out cash to pay I didn't have enough. The driver let me off. He was a nice guy, the car was really clean and there was no problems. More attention to detail and better service would shift to 5 stars.

We ordered a taxi from the bus station to the airport and it was the best taxi service we’ve ever had - no exaggeration. Was scheduled easily online with pickup only taking 1hr from time of booking, and I was quickly contacted by the driver to make sure they had the right size vehicle. My wife uses a wheelchair and the driver really made them and myself very comfortable all along the way. No fuss about fitting luggage in, or unpacking, and checking in to make sure we were okay and happy with everything. Truly couldn’t recommend them enough, will be using whenever we come back up to Birmingham,

This taxi service was exactly what I was looking for. It was very simple to book online. I received a confirmation from the driver a few days before my pickup and he let me know he would be tracking my flight. Once I landed and picked up my bag, I called the driver and he told me where to meet him. I was in the car within a few minutes and had a pleasant ride home. I would definitely recommend this company.

We used the taxi service for our New Year’s Eve night out. Pick up was done promptly on time , we wanted to cancel the drop back cab as we finished the dinner earlier than planned. They cancelled the cab and promptly did the refund for this prepaid round trip, it was totally hassle free.
