Really very surprised at the lack of proper after sales follow up. The installation went without a hitch. The initial survey was very good. The system developed a fault. This is where the problems started. One visit, a promise to return the following week (no show). Since then, nothing. I'm fed up phoning and will probably seek an alternative service engineer. Such a shame.It seems they are keen to sell and install a boiler. Presumably this is a quick turnover quick profit service. But, aftersales are of key importance. I don't understand why this is not viewed as an integral part of the business. Have heard nothing since.

Can't fault this company in any way. Great workmen team..essential.. efficient...New boiler installed within 24hrs of my old one packing up ..thanks guts...have already recommended you to others.

A Baxi Premium 10-year parts and labour warranty was installed in May 2017. ***** 5 stars for installation. The boiler developed a fault in September 2020 – my tenants reported that the water was barely warm. Baxi informed me that the boiler wasn’t registered by the installer and the initial 2-year warranty had expired. Steve at Airtec said that he would install the part if I paid for it…what option did I have. I told him to go ahead asap; my tenants have four children and another one imminent. It took 3 weeks and an astounding 12 failed appointments before Steve actually attended the property, misdiagnosed the fault and left my tenants with no hot water at all!! I had to employ another engineer to correct it. If I could put minus stars, I would. This has potentially cost me hundreds of pounds over the next 7 years. Dreadful experience!!

They came out when they said they would. Diagnosed the problem went away and got the part and fitted it. Nice guys. Polite and helpful. I had two previous companies that were rubbish. I am very grateful to them.

Poor driving refusing to use the correct lanes on the greenstead roundabouts in Colchester. Turning left from a lane that specifically tells you right turn only. Cutting up traffic very dangerous. If you drive like that would certainly not trust with a gas boiler.
