Paul quoted a competitive price to replace our boiler when it broke down, easily beating a nationwide competitor. He responded to all our questions, gave clear explanations, and installed the system within days, at one of the busiest and coldest times of the year. Thank goodness! Paul was knowledgeable, patient, and efficient- he took the time to assess and explain my issue, and his options as how to resolve it. I called Paul to take a look at a leak which had started in our kitchen. He was great, managed to get to us at very short notice and stop the leak and prevent more damage which would have happened had he not been so prompt. Very friendly with excellent service - would definitely recommend!
