Oliver R5 StarGreat service from Abrar, Grace, and Karen throughout. After an initial inspection and a report marked "Unsatisfactory", they provided a list of things that needed doing in order for the report to come back "Satisfactory". I had to exchange on a property the same week so asked if they could do the works urgently and also send me a report the same day. Luckily a slot was open the day before I was supposed to exchange, but they did advise it takes 2 days to get a report finalised. I called and stressed the urgency given my circumstances and despite the fact they give 2 days to send reports back, they were able to do the works in the morning and provide me another report the same day allowing me to exchange contracts the next day.
