Service from Gary & his team was first class from moment we contacted them. Explained our issues and he recommended solutions all of which we talked through. He then emailed me a detailed quote with timings and in our next conversation we agreed on 4 cameras with a recording system and a house alarm. The team turned up prompt on the day expected, the engineers were were tidy in their work and explained everything they were doing. CCTV system and alarm was up and running by time they left and I have all the contacts details if I need them. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent professional service. Friendly and knowledgeable engineers. All Secure have been servicing our alarm systems for 12 years and recently carried out a major upgrade and expansion of an existing security system when we moved house. They are very competent, reliable and trustworthy. We cannot recommend them more highly.

Dreadful service and I’m pretty sure the company fit faulty Systems just to make money quickly. I initially spent nearly £700 and within a few minutes of the engineer leaving the system failed, so they returned and sorted it out. A few days later, and more issues came to light, I was told I had to pay a call out fee even after taking out the service package. I was told this was because it was a problem with the cables. However when the engineer came out they determined that it wasn’t the cables and was indeed a control panel issue which I was told was resolved. But suprise suprise, when the engineer left.. the beeping and flashing started again! I called the company and they said it was the system trying to connect the ‘internet’ and I managed to silence the alarm, but the beeping started again after half an hour. I called the company again and they told me that this would be an ongoing connection issue and there is nothing they can do about it. A bit of a joke considering I paid £125 the same day to have my alarm system fixed and it seems that I’m having to pay the £125 every month because apparently none of the costs are covered in the maintenance/servicing package. So if you want good service, polite engineers and a working alarm system.. I suggest you stay clear of this company who are just looking to scam customers and make a quick buck.
