Absolutely the worst service as I ever seen, costumer care doesn't exist. Van returned nor fully working, dirty and with lose wheels screws. Still founding some spare parts around the engine and not fitted panels on the cargo space. Them answer for everything is "this is not related to our previous repair" be aware!

I have recently purchased my car from Allen-Ford Coventry after mine was stolen. Their salesperson Craig was wonderful. He did everything he could to help us make it happen. He was very caring in his approach to us and we certainly appreciated it. Also Gracie was the hand over person and I couldn’t fault her. Again very helpful and caring. They were both very professional and helpful.

Craig and his colleagues as usual were totally professional, they made the whole experience of upgrading my wife's car to a newer model so comfortable, and done within 24 hours. The handover itself done in the showroom rather than outside made the whole experience really special. The car looked stunning, so thanks to everybody involved.
