The most unprofessional rude staff I have encountered for some time, unhelpful to the extreme no explanation given other than you don’t have a service agreement. They were right, I don’t, and I’m 100% sure I won’t have with this firm either! Well done on retaining customers, I suggest some customer relation training is required!

I got quotes from a few companies and chose Allied Security because of the system features and the optional lifetime warranty with the all inclusive servicing agreement.
It has been completely reliable and very easy to use with the extra key fobs we bought.

They gave me a 'menu' of choices, to help customise my alarm to meet my exact needs. They answered all questions raised in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
