Worst taxi experience I’ve ever had. Car was knackered to the point where it could only do 40mph on National Speed limit roads, so it took ages. Driver didn’t know where he was going, was late arriving and didn’t seem to be able to drive properly (couple of near misses). At the end of it all I was charged £40 - for a journey that usually costs £25. Bad experience all round.

Very rude driver on the phone when we accidentally ordered taxi for the wrong day on the useless app. Was a total mistake and I apologised but the rude behaviour and Language from the company made me never want to use them at all in the future. Avoid this company if you can at all costs

Ended phone on me because he sent the cab to wrong place. Then said there isn't any others in thr area then just put the phone down. He could of said it will be a 30 minute wait for the next one unprofessional cnxt
