Andy was great at putting our minds at ease and ensured that what we wanted was the right option for us, not him. When speaking to other companies we felt that the only options were the expensive 'recommendations'. Andy talked us through everything step by step and engaged with us rather than just tell us what we needed. He was great at giving his advice, at the same time as working to our needs using his professional knowledge (not just what we read on the Internet) and a step by step walk through both during and after the instalation. Would strongly recommend ALSecurity to anyone looking for a new or replacement system.
