Andy replaced our old boiler with a new combi; upgrading the gas main from the meter to the boiler with a larger pipe, removing the old boiler & cylinder & installing the new one. He gave careful advice (visiting us twice to explain the pros & cons of the options), arrived on time & worked hard to make sure we weren't left without heating and hot water during changeover, & arranged collection of the old boiler and cylinder, leaving the house tidy. The work looks very neat, & the new boiler is working well.

Andy did a great job installing my 85 year-old mother's boiler and servicing each year for five years; but dismissed her when she called him reporting a fault, saying that the boiler simply needed topping up with water. He advised her that he'd already shown her how to do that and that he wouldn't be able to come to the house for two weeks. Two separate independent plumbers both subsequently verified there was a fault; one of whom went ahead and repaired the boiler. In the meantime, my mother had no central heating or hot water for two weeks during the winter months. Disappointing way of treating a loyal customer.
