D K5 StarPhoned up Aman's Alarms to ask for an engineer to fix what another company had installed and then failed to support. I was given a great service where he helped me figure out the issue (which worked!) and was happy to arrange an engineer visit if it didn't.
They didn't have to entertain my call at all, but they did.
