Took an absolute age to arrive, but the operator explained there would be a long wait. Handled my follow up calls with courtesy. Car eventually arrived, then left without checking the waiting area. Had to wait another 40 minutes on top of the 1.5 hours I had already waited. Not ideal.

I had found this a good company until trying to use a couple of times on Saturday night. My journey takes 20 minutes at night. I had been informed by a taxi driver that drives don't like long journey at the time that pubs are closing. The next two times of using I experienced this. One of these times taxi arrival took 1 hour 50 min. We called the cab office numerous time, each time to be told a taxi was a short distance / time away; only for no cab to turn up. This was so even though I had advised I was attempting to get my 80 year old father home. I now use Uber. Which is a shame, I'd have preferred to stay with the local firm.

Disgraceful. Ordered 2 taxis as we were going to two different locations. One in city centre and needed to get train by certain point..... they promised 2 seperate taxis with a 20 minute wait then only sent 1 after nearly 30 min wait saying had to go together. Then they over charged a ridiculous amount nearly £5 more than 2 seperate taxi charges and missed our train. Rude, un proffesional.... avoid. Used for many years and after the disgraceful treatment tonight will be reporting and never using again

30 years loyal custom for nothing! Rude reckless drivers who talk on the phone, speed and nearly crash and do emergency break. Lazy reception who just put anyone together. Long wait.... Shameful
