Extremely happy with the service I have received. Booked a survey, Sam came very professional. He asked what I wanted and agreed with me, he didn't try to push any extras on. Alfie and Joe came Saturday morning due to the football. Very pleasant and excellent. They were polite friendly and explained everything to me. Had a small hiccup, Joe came back today to sort it all put. Took about 30 minutes. I would recommend Ambush Security Systems to anyone. Many thanks.

1st class professional service. Needed to upgrade home alarm system and initially contacted the "well known" brands whose names you see up on numerous alarm boxes only to be messed around. Decided to find a local company and was so happy I went with Ambush. The surveyor Sam was courteous and polite and also used a common sense approach to the number of sensors which saved me money but also shows that this company isn't just out to squeeze you for every last product sale (unlike the "big boys!"). After survey was complete received a quote that I was very happy with. Installation date was booked and carried out in a professional manner with the engineer going through all the settings with us and setting the app up. I think it's important to support local businesses as they take the time to understand and help you and you don't feel like just another number on the system. Thank you to all at Ambush and please continue doing what you do best!

Very disappointing experience with Ambush! Engineers are friendly however was hit with an unexpected invoice because the engineer went over their allocated 30min time slot for a system check! No prior warning from engineer. Very sneaky and poor company policy. Contract ended!
