He then supplied me with a detailed quote of the required work and costs. "Phil Lee was very punctual and courteous. He had a very positive and professional attitude, works very tidy and cleaned up after he completed the job. I’m convinced the house was tidier when he left. He fitted an extra light above our stairs- not an easy job, and he supplied and fitted a rotary isolator for our hot tub. The work was meticulous and he triple checked all his work. He even had a look at our pre-existing electrics whilst he was here and offered us a second opinion, which we have acted on (we live in a new build). He is very trustworthy, I’ve heard of his reputation before we instructed him, so rest assured the character references were there.
